2. Personal Data I Process
Depending on how you use this website, I may process the following personal data:
- email address submitted via the newsletter sign-up form,
- name, email and other information provided when booking a consultation via Calendly,
- data you provide if you contact me by email,
- website traffic and visitor behaviour data via Google Analytics and related cookies.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
I process personal data only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
a) Responding to your enquiry and follow-up communication
If you contact me by email, I process your data to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication.
The legal basis is:
- steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or
- my legitimate interest in handling communication pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
b) Booking and delivering a consultation
If you book a call or consultation via the website, I process your data to arrange the appointment, prepare for the consultation, and follow up afterwards.
The legal basis is:
- steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- or performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
c) Sending the newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, I process your email address to send you updates, professional content and information about my services.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to me.
d) Website analytics
I use Google Analytics to measure website traffic, analyse visitor behaviour and improve content and site performance.
The legal basis is your consent to processing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and consent to the use of analytical cookies under applicable law. Google Analytics is activated only after you give your consent via the cookie banner. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on this website.
4. Recipients and Processors
I use the following third-party providers to operate the website and deliver services:
- Netlify – website hosting,
- MailerLite – newsletter management and delivery,
- Calendly – booking system for consultations,
- Google Analytics – analytics tool for measuring website traffic.
These providers may process personal data as my processors, or as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Transfers to Third Countries
Some providers I use may process personal data outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. Where this occurs, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention Periods
I retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose:
- email correspondence — for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up cooperation,
- consultation booking data — for as long as needed to deliver the consultation and related communication,
- newsletter data — until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe,
- analytics data — for the period set within Google Analytics and cookie settings.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request rectification of inaccurate or outdated data,
- request erasure of personal data where it is no longer necessary,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
- request data portability in cases provided for under the GDPR,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
8. Cookies
This website uses technically necessary cookies required for its operation and analytical cookies for measuring traffic and improving content.

9. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without an email address it is not possible to subscribe to the newsletter, and without contact details it is not possible to book a consultation or initiate email communication.
